WHAT? I.A.L.T develop my swimming skills 

SO WHAT?
i learned new swimming techniques and diving positions.
i enjoyed doing freestyle and exploring underwater.
i found backstroke challenging because i would always sink.

NOW WHAT?
i want to get better at keeping my breath under water.
i need to improve my backstroke and/or streamline kicking on my back.
my next step is keeping my stomach up when doing backstroke or streamline kicking on my back.
